Sample Policy

During the inquiry stage, we must verify the fabric you request (e.g., organic cotton canvas, RPET woven fabric). If the fabric is not in stock locally:
 We source it from our global suppliers, which may add 3–7 days to the lead time.
 For rare or custom fabrics (e.g., recycled jute blend), lead time may extend to 10–14 days.
Printing Complexity:
Simple techniques (e.g., 1 - color screen print) take 2–3 days.
Complex methods (e.g., 4 - color thermal sublimation, digital print with gradients) require 5–7 days for setup and production.

We provide a tracking number for all shipments.

 Fabric details (material, weight, color);
 Printing requirements (technique, colors, design file);
 Quantity (1–2 samples recommended).
We’ll:
 Verify fabric availability and printing feasibility;
 Provide a quote (including sample fee, shipping, and estimated lead time).
 Pay the sample fee + shipping (if applicable), and we’ll start production.
